L&A Visuals is a family photography business operated by siblings Lernzo and AnaLisa in the Chicago suburbs, Illinois. We photograph people, families, celebrations, events, properties, and brands with a personal, straightforward approach.

LA Visuals Photography Policies
Travel Fee
Sessions outside our local service area may include a travel fee. The travel fee is estimated based on the distance to your session location and will be confirmed with you before booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
All payments and retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel your session, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, you may request to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to LA Visuals’ availability and is not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Weather and Emergencies
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather or an emergency. LA Visuals will communicate with you and work to find another available date when possible.
Arrival and Late Fee
Please arrive at your scheduled start time. Arriving late reduces the amount of time available for your session, and a $25 late fee applies. If you expect to be late, contact us as soon as possible.
Photo Delivery
Your edited photos will be delivered through an online gallery within the timeframe discussed before booking. Delivery times may vary depending on the type and size of the session.
Image Rights and Usage
LA Visuals owns the copyright to all photographs. Clients may use their delivered images for personal purposes. Selling, altering, editing, or using the images for commercial purposes requires written permission from LA Visuals.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving prepared, and communicating any important details before the session.
